UNPB Chapi Naturalized (UNPB-CN) – BodySlide Presets for UUNP
This is a carefully tweaked overhaul of the UNPB Chapi BodySlides, to be more natural-looking (but still rather “dreamgirl” proportioned), and to have actual weight-slider options instead of being the same at 0 and 100 weight. Almost all the sliders adjust from 0 to 100, for natural weight progression. It’s a very femme figure, along the “swimwear model” side, and is NOT scrawny at 0 weight, nor a ridiculous “balloons body” at 100, though definitely stacked. It isn’t beefy or chunky, but very gracile — more swimmer/dancer girl than bodybuilder she-hulk, or cake-fed lazy woman. It involves believable amounts of gravity, and isn’t a “levitating boobs” mod.
Because UNPB Chapi is barely different from UNPB original at 100, if you like UNPB except for how under-fed it looks at 0 weight, my version is a good general replacement. Same goes for if you like the chestiness of UNPB Oppai, but don’t like the “bubble” distortion of the upper breast. Pubes are a texture matter; this does not include 3D pubic hair meshes. You can make it look extra-athletic with muscular normal maps.Comes in Several Variants
See annotated screenshots for comparison. Try the appropriate UNPB-CN preset for building different kinds of outfits:
[*] Added Gravity – even more gravity than Bare, to use as nude body if you don’t have HDT and thus don’t get the in-game gravity applied automatically to body parts. Can be used with HDT for a more mature, soft figure.
[*] Bare – the “hardbody” birthday suit! This is the base form from which the others were derived, and is for use as the (youthful) nude body in an HDT game.
[*] Light Clothing – very slight push-up-and-in effect.
[*] Medium Gear – noticeable push-up-and-in effect, some cleavage added, and nipples suppressed a little. Typically for leather gear, heavy robes, and other thick but not rigid material.
[*] Tight Gear – strong push-up and especially in, with a flattening and spreading effect; deep cleavage, flattened nipples. This is for rigid armor (and will look bizarre as a nude body). A real and chesty woman in metal plate armor is going to have her breasts compressed; they are not going to magically bend steel outward.
[*] Xtra Push-up – max cleavage and push-up, but no nipple flattening; for cloth corsets, bodices, bras, etc. Where the Tight version flattens/squishes, Xtra tends to lift, cup, and even project a bit, without adding additional mass (it’s moving the mass around). Xtra is basically the Light Clothing version but with a bodice-cleavage effect.
Unlike my more fleshy Whole Lotta Woman slider set, this one is quite lean in the legs and butt, so there isn’t as much progressive “squeezing” of that area between these variants. While this set definitely thickens there from 0 to 100, each of the gear variants is mostly about the chest, and for the tighter variants also the tummy.
Exact appearance will vary by outfit, and even by different people’s sliderset conversions for the same outfit. Some gear sliders are already made to push up/in a bit on tight and rigid gear, but most are not.The Look
This body is intended to look much more natural at 100 than the original UNPB family of slider sets, with or without HDT, and shows believable gravity in the chest. But this is definitely a “Ten”, not an average gal. Also expanded the hips a little, because they were unnaturally small for someone with a chest that large. This is not a big-booty mod, though.
At 100 weight, it’s basically a Page 3 Girl, bodaciously stacked, fairly generous in the bottom, and with a slightly soft tummy. I engineered a new 0 weight from scratch, since the original UNPB Chapi (and Oppai) was pretty much identical at 0 and 100; meanwhile, the basic UNPB at 0 weight just looked kind of scrawny. This one does not. My 0 weight’s torso is lean and athletic, and semi-stacked (compared to real-woman average and compared to many “heroin chic” 0-weight sliders, though not overly chesty by fantasy-game standards). Kind of a “lifeguard body”, and good for a ranger, archer, mage; maybe less ideal for a heavy-armor knight with a battleaxe.
The 0–100 range isn’t all that wide. This is intended mostly as a custom body for curvy followers, not necessarily one’s game-wide default female body, unless you’re into stacked grannies and beggars. (However, if you’re running one of those games, where all the female gear’s been replaced by bikinis, this will serve you well.)
It’s going to look best probably in form-fitting and feminine gear, though tomboyish tight leather thief/assassin stuff will also do well. I recommend using FNIS Sexy Move to give your followers a more womanly gait (any of the several walks included in it will bring this body to proper life, and for once the exaggerated “model walks” in it may actually look right, with a body like this one).
If you only like very skinny, A-cup girls, or hugely exaggerated bubble/balloon proportions, this won’t suit your preferences. But if you’d like to have someone built like Christina Hendricks as your follower or player-character, this should fit the bill, especially with HDT and some good “bounce kit” XMLs. By default, it’s been added to the Unified UNP and Unified UNP Special slider groups.Inspiration
I don’t use this one much, and just made it for some specific follower mods that came chesty. I wanted to keep the original modder’s basic design aesthetic for the character – but without it seeming like some California plastic surgeon opened shop in Skyrim. For more of a beefy barbarian woman, see Whole Lotta Woman, or my forthcoming Mango Reborn. The idea, though not the specifics, kind of came to me via the Selene Kate follower by Kasprutz, which has a really glorious custom body (based on Petrovich’s Dream Girl body). I wanted to do something similar, and also replace the kind of useless “one-size only” UNPB Chapi in the process.
I decided to keep this one girlish, with graceful but fit arms and legs, and a bit of feminine tummy at the thicker end of the weight range. It has a rather heart-shaped ass (as did the original UNPB, but I shifted it a tad bigger, toward Whole Lotta Woman, for balance), rather than “ghetto booty”, which is way over-represented in presets already available. Basically, this body is shaped like most of the Playboy Playmates from the 1980s onward, minus the ones with the awful boobjobs.
Model-wise, it’s not based on anyone in particular, just a general study of how a bunch of “wow” girls – various hot camgirls and models and actresses and subjects of pinup art – are built, with an eye to what real gravity does with real but firm, young flesh (especially if you opt to use the Added Gravity versions with HDT at the same time). To the extent I had anyone special in mind, it would probably be Keeley Hazell at her best, on the 100 side, though I didn’t attempt to do broad, puffy nipples like hers. (That’s actually better done with a specific body mesh like “Chinese UUNP”, with minor adjustments at the BodySlide level; trying to get that look in BodySlide alone tends to produce too much distortion. To try that look, use the “NBB Chinese UUNP Special Puffy” version integrated into Naturalistic HDT and Beast HDT – since the original Chinese NBB is a total trainwreck that needs a lot of repair work). Other inspiration at the 100 end of the scale were adult starlets Katarina Konec, Lucy Li, and Darina, and camgirls HotFallingDevil and Tessa Fowler at her most fit. On the 0 side, I was kind of thinking of adult actress Malena Morgan, and camgirls MayMarmalade and (to a lesser extent) PetiteMarie/Sara_Calixto. Didn’t actually use any of them as photo models; I was going for a generalized look, not a re-creation of anyone.Requirements
[*]BodySlide and Outfit Studio, installed for UUNP not [only] CBBE.
[*]HDT Physics Extensions (thus also SKSE and XPMSE or compatible skeleton), unless you want no bounce and jiggle effects.
[*] Any set of UNP-compatible female textures, like the original Dimonized UNP, or Real Girls, or Fair Skin Complexion, or whatever.
Just like any other BodySlide set: manually drag and drop the archive’s
CalienteTools folder to your game’s
Data folder and let it merge; or use a mod manager.
[*] I strongly recommend editing BodySlide’s
Config.xml, and changing the
<GameDataPath>line to point to a temporary “holding pen” folder (e.g.
BodySlide exporton your desktop). By default, BodySlide overwrites your “live” game files, and that’s crazy. You can have the
sat the end there) pointing to your real game folder (that’s where it reads some stuff from, not where it writes to). Copy your
DataTexturesActorsCharacterFemaledirectory into your new output holding folder, so basic textures are available to BodySlide. Now, when you work in BodySlide, you export to your holding directory, to make sure you like what you see, then merge those output files into your game’s real Data directory. If you have BodySlide 4.7.1. or later, the custom holding directory path you used in
<GameDataPath>should also appear just below it in
<OutputDataPath>, (possibly only in that line; the change in the XML options from 4.7.0 to 4.7.1 hasn’t been documented, and this bears some additional testing). I would suggest also adding, just before the closing
</Config>at the bottom of the file, this line:
<WarnBatchBuildOverride>true</WarnBatchBuildOverride>(it will help you manage conflicting outfit sets that try to output to the same filenames, e.g. HDT and non-HDT versions of things).
[*] Run BodySlide and pick this body’s Bare version in the top selector. Click the Preview button, and you can get an idea what it looks like in-game (though this does not show HDT gravity, and will look more push-up that it really is in-game). For preview purposes, the Added Gravity version in BodySlide will look more like the in-game rendering of the Bare version.
[*] You can then tell it to generate the body, using Bare. Turn on the “Generate Morphs” option at bottom left for .TRI files used for weight morphing, and click “Batch Build”, and select Unified UNP Special for body, hands, and feet (unless you’re sure you want some other body mesh set – UUNP Special does require HDT). Generate these. If you like how the results look in NIFSkope or Outfit Studio (remembering that the real game has more gravity), go ahead and merge these new meshes into your live game folder. Backing up the original meshes first is advisable.
[*] Next, pick this body’s Medium Gear version, and go back into Batch Build and build all available clothing and armor outfits. You need to install these separately. Just search Skyrim Nexus for “UUNP vanilla” and you’ll find a bunch. What you want to start with is a UUNP replacer for all vanilla female clothing and armor, then as you add mod outfits look for UUNP BodySlides for them (and avoid those that don’t include them or don’t have them available from someone else).
[*] As you play the game, take note of outfits you’d rather have less or more of a push-in-and-up effect on, and regenerate those ones in particular with the Light Clothing version (closer to the nude shape, less push in-and-up), or Medium to Heavy Gear versions (progressively more butt and especially breast compression – great for leather to solid plate cuirasses). You can use the Xtra Push-up version for cloth bodices that aren’t heavy armor, as it has cleavage and cupping lift without nipple smoothing or general breast flattening. As you add outfits to BodySlide, you’ll find that various sets apply HDT to armor they shouldn’t (e.g. a steel chest piece bobbling around like bare breasts). It takes experimentation to figure out which meshes from which collections work best for which outfits. See the Videos section of the nexus page for the Whole Lotta Woman sliderset, and you’ll note that when I put chesty Marla in a metal outfit, the boob-bouncing stopped. That’s because I generated that outfit with a non-HDT top.
[*] If you find that some outfits clip badly, you can use BodySlide’s included Outfit Studio to adjust them, but this takes a lot of practice, and this isn’t the place for a tutorial on that. You may find that some BodySlide outfits include the wrong body in them (e.g. breasts will erupt through the gear), or just kind of suck (e.g. bra tops that do not wrap properly around the breasts, underwear that seems to “hover” around the body and isn’t close enough to the skin to be realistic, etc.). Again, that’s fixable with a lot of work, but this isn’t the place to get into it. It’s just a general BodySlide issue, with any body models you use.
[*] If you don’t use HDT, try using the Added Gravity version as nude, original Bare version for light clothes, and Medium version as push-up/in for tighter gear (and Tight version just for very tight plate stuff). This will compensate for you not having automatic HDT gravity applied to bodyparts in-game.
This is a direct modification of the UUNP implementation of UNPB Chapi (as found in BodySlide), which I gather is itself an alteration of UNP Blessed (UNPB), a series of tweaks to the original Dimonized UNP, in turn a major overhaul of the vanilla female body.
Credit to Caliente and Ousnius for BodySlide and Outfit Studio, and to dimon99 for the original UNP body on which UUNP and UNPB are based. I think btn2k3, Halofarm, and HeroeDeLeyeda are to credit for UUNP (UNP rebuilt on top of CBBE to work in BodySlide). UNP Blessed was developed by the Blessed Redux Project Team (xp32, Mr.Troublemaker, zyd232, dimon99, amesake, and possibly others – I can only credit those whom xp32 named at the UNPB page). I’m not really sure of UNPB Chapi’s history. It looks to me like it was just introduced as one of the variants available under UUNP, and it may be derived in part from UNP Oppai (which itself seems to be based on 7Base Oppai though it could be the other way around).
I don’t restrict re-use or redistribution of my sliderset in any way; just please credit me if you use it or build something based on it.
